1/2 a stick of butter (2oz)
2 tablespoons of plain flour
1 cup of milk
1/2 cup of sugar
2-3 tablespoons Brandy or Marsala
Mix milk and sugar together in a separate bowl.
In a cooking pot, melt butter of medium heat.
Add flour and stir constantly for 1 minute.
Add milk mixture and continue stirring until it begins to bubble.
Remove from heat and stir in Brandy or Marsala.
Pour over reheated portions of Christmas Pudding.
