Chia Seed Delight (Vanilla)

Ingredients

1 tablespoon organic raw chia seeds

1 cup unsweetened almond milk

1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract

dash cinnamon

dash stevia (optional)

Description

Can use hemp milk (1 cup hemp seeds + 1.5 cups water blended – no need to strain).

Directions

Add a tablespoon of organic raw chia seeds to a cup of unsweetened almond milk.

Allow it to soak for about 20 minutes.

Stir in ½ teaspoon of vanilla extract, a little cinnamon, and a little stevia to taste.
