Cranberry Sauce

Ingredients

12 ozbag fresh cranberries

1/2 cup white sugar

3/4 cup orange juice

Directions

In a medium sized saucepan over medium heat, dissolve the sugar in the orange juice.

Stir in the cranberries and cook until the cranberries start to pop (about 10–20 minutes).

Remove from heat and place sauce in a bowl. Cranberry sauce will thicken as it cools.

Notes

Can add 1 tsp grated orange rind to mix. Once the berrys are cooked down add about 1/8 cup of Grand Marinier or rum.

Can also just use water rather than OJ to make less sweet.

Can use mix of white & brown sugar.
