2 cups frozen ripe honeydew melon
1 cup coconut water
handful of coconut water ice cubes
1/2 teaspoon coconut nectar (optional--if your honeydew is not ripe you may need this but try it without to start)
Optional toppings: shredded coconut mint leaves and bee pollen
Add honeydew, coconut water, ice cubes and coconut nectar (if using) to blender. Blend starting on low until smooth.
